For the second year in a row, we’re honored to announce Qualia has been certified as a Great Place To Work.

In the year since Qualia was first certified, we’ve undergone significant changes. To expand our role as the leading digital real estate closing platform in the United States, we raised our Series C—making it possible for us to grow to over 300 employees across our San Francisco and Austin offices. This funding also allowed us to release new products, such as our remote online notarization solution, offering both our business and consumer users an even more direct, stress-free digital home buying experience. Qualia now works with hundreds of thousands of real estate professionals to process home purchases and refinances for millions of consumers every year.

One thing that hasn’t changed, however, has been our commitment to continually improve Qualia’s employee experience while maintaining our vibrant culture. In addition to offering comprehensive health benefits, we’ve developed a robust onboarding program for new hires, professional development opportunities, and we’re actively involved in community-focused volunteering. When the COVID-19 shelter-in-place order transitioned Qualia to work-from-home, we placed an even greater emphasis on keeping employees engaged through biweekly all-hands meetings, fitness challenges, daily meditation sessions, and internal virtual events.

It’s been both an exciting and challenging year, and we’re grateful for the kind, dedicated team that makes Qualia a great place to work.
