JM joined Qualia in early 2017 as the Head of Sales Operations. Her passion for efficiency, process, and tooling has helped Qualia’s sales organization grow exponentially over the last four and a half years. She currently oversees Qualia’s channels sales, enterprise, mid-market, and new ventures within the company. 

Under JM’s leadership, Qualia’s sales team has not only been able to adapt to the massive market disruption accelerated in the past year, but also thrive and continue to scale.
