The Qualia Clear Support Assistant is an AI chat available around the clock. It knows the details of your transactions and operations, while honoring security standards and keeping every customer’s data isolated—never shared.
This complete view empowers the Support Assistant to help answer tricky questions and solve problems tied to specific files. For instance, when a processor hits a wall on a balancing issue, the Support Assistant doesn’t return a generic answer. It reads the order, identifies the discrepancy, and explains how to resolve it.
Team members can also use the Support Assistant to get precise answers about how to use the Qualia platform. The Support Assistant draws on help resources like the Qualia Knowledge Base, a library of articles, guides, and how-tos, making it particularly useful for professionals getting up to speed on the platform for the first time. If a question ultimately needs to go to a Qualia support representative, the Support Assistant routes it to that staffer automatically, meaning the team member doesn’t have to leave their workflow to get human help.

Beyond the new Support Assistant, Qualia Clear Essentials includes two existing AI tools that have already proven to streamline manual, error-prone aspects of title & escrow work:
- The AI Order Opener reads an uploaded purchase or refinance contract, extracts key order data, and populates Qualia Core automatically. Team members review and approve the results instead of keying data from scratch. Customers using the AI Order Opener open orders in an average of less than five minutes, with rekeying errors eliminated.
- The CD Processor reads a lender’s closing disclosure (CD), imports all charges into Core, and flags any discrepancies between the lender’s CD and what’s already in the file. What used to be a painstaking, line-by-line comparison now takes minutes instead of hours.

A few current examples of what drives Qualia Clear’s game-changing performance include:
- Specialized Curative Agents, launched June 2, handle curative work autonomously and present it for a human expert to review and sign-off on. For instance, there’s a Property Tax Agent for clearing tax requirements and an Entity Verification Agent for taking care of entity requirements. Each agent starts itself, completes its task, logs every action for a full audit trail, and stops. More Specialized Curative Agents are in development to handle additional common curative work.
- The Title Exam Assistant reviews a title search package, identifies critical issues and liens, and drafts content for use in Schedule A and B of a commitment. It identifies the source of its findings within the title search package, along with reasons that requirements and exceptions were identified. Again, human professionals keep control through review.
- The Command Library features pre-built and customer-created commands. Pre-built commands, such as “/payoff-processor” and “/order-relationship-summary,” execute complex, multi-step work inside the file in seconds. Customer-created commands let teams standardize their unique repeatable processes, capture office-specific workflows, and design shortcuts, then distribute and automate them across the team.
- Email Link integrates with team members’ inboxes to streamline communication and task management related to orders. Working continuously on the user’s behalf, it finds emails, summarizes threads, adds information to orders, imports emails and attachments, and drafts responses.
Why does it matter that Qualia’s AI is built into the platform?
