We’re excited to announce that Qualia’s third annual Future of Real Estate Summit (FORES) will be held at Austin City Limits Live at The Moody Theater (ACL Live) in Austin, Texas on April 4-6, 2022. ACL Live serves as the permanent home for the taping of the acclaimed KLRU-TV produced PBS series Austin City Limits—the longest-running music series in American television history.
The theme of this year’s summit is “Connectivity.” We believe connectivity drives the entire real estate transaction. Every home purchase or refinance requires a large group of independent teams to come together to serve the homeowner as one. Their ability to effectively work together as one ecosystem, from home search to post closing, ultimately determines the strength of the consumer experience they can collectively provide.
FORES22 will bring together the entire real estate ecosystem for dynamic conversations about the future of real estate. The summit will feature thought-provoking speakers, networking events, hands-on training workshops, and in-person time with members of Qualia’s team.

The 2022 Future of Real Estate Summit is a multi-day event that brings the industry together for enlightening conversations about the future of homebuying and refinancing. It combines collaborative peer-to-peer discussions with dynamic workshops and powerful keynotes to bring industry visionaries and economists face-to-face with those who are directly working with consumers. FORES brings together title & escrow agents, mortgage lenders, brokerages, title insurers, and vendors to spark actionable discussions about how partners can drive forward transformation and collaborate by leveraging technology and new business models.

We will kick off the event with interactive networking roundtables. Previous guests considered these roundtables an extremely valuable way for attendees to make new connections while actively gaining new insights, so we decided to increase discussion time and move them to the start of the summit. During these face-to-face discussions, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in conversations about industry hot topics, share expertise on how to address local challenges and opportunities, and connect with fellow attendees.
Keynotes, fireside chats, and panels
On day two of the event, notable visionaries will take the stage at the acclaimed ACL Live to share enlightening perspectives on what’s next for the future of real estate and mortgage. You’ll hear how companies, from the largest brands in real estate to local agents, use new business practices and technology to orchestrate home closings and refinances with their partners.
Hands-on training and workshops
Throughout FORES22, attendees will learn about the latest Qualia platform product launches and feature updates with hands-on training and workshops led by product experts. Qualia hackathon
Qualia is dedicated to employing and fostering top engineering talent. Our product and engineering teams have delivered more than 1,500 feature releases in 2021 alone. During the event, you can be part of the development process. Watch our engineers in action as they bring crowd-sourced and selected features to life in real-time. At the end of FORES22, our engineering team will present the new features they built during the summit.
