At Qualia, we strive to provide our entire client community with an outstanding level of support for all of their technology and service needs. Coming into 2019, one of our goals was to further expand our Customer Success team to provide our rapidly-growing community with an equally scaled up set of resources to enable its success.
With that goal in mind, we are pleased to introduce some of the newest members of Qualia’s Customer Success team. Our 13 newest members each have deep expertise in customer success and operations. That said, we’re equally excited about their wide range of backgrounds outside of the office. This class includes:
Charlotte “Char” Johnston
Char is a former women’s lacrosse coach and a current player and official. She loves scuba diving and traveling, and is the third Charlotte in her family. Char worked at Keller Williams for three years.
Colin is an avid foodie living in the Austin area. Prior to Austin, he was living in Los Angeles as a professional actor. He’s excited to join the Qualia team and help real estate professionals nationwide.
Nicole is a longtime Texas resident. She joins Qualia after years working for Facebook. She’s a classically trained singer with an emphasis in opera and teaches voice in her free time. Though she only speaks English, she can sing in six languages!
Jonathan loves Legos. As a former collegiate swimmer, he loves to spend his time in Austin getting out and staying active. He’s excited to join Qualia and help re-shape the home buying experience.
