Built In takes a data-driven approach to determining its lists for each city, examining compensation, benefits and cultural programs for every company. This year’s program also weighted specific criteria around remote opportunities and diversity, equity and inclusion efforts more heavily in order to better reflect the attributes candidates search for on Built In.
