SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — Adam Baratz, Qualia VP of Customer Success, has been named as a 2019 HW Rising Star. This was HousingWire’s sixth year of selecting top leaders who are propelling the industry forward. Adam was one of the few selected as Rising Stars representing innovation across residential mortgage lending, servicing, investing and real estate, as well as those in advocacy positions such as nonprofits and government agencies.
“This year’s group of Rising Stars represents a rising generation of strong, innovative and motivated leaders taking the mortgage industry by storm. Each of these individuals has accomplished a great deal, but we believe they are still at the early stages of their ultimate impact on the housing economy,” said Clayton Collins, CEO of HousingWire
Adam, who graduated from Cornell University and received a Master of Philosophy degree from Cambridge University, was selected for his leadership in managing a team that transitioned more than 1,000 title and escrow companies across the U.S. onto Qualia’s platform. Adam was also integral to the development of Qualia’s initial title, escrow, and closing software which now processes more than 10% of all real estate transactions.
“My team is dedicated to helping title and escrow professionals vastly improve their workflows and deliver the best closing experience possible to their clients. I’m honored to represent my team as the recipient of this award,” Adam said.
