This week, Great Place to Work™ confirmed what employees at Qualia have always known: Qualia is one of the best places in the country to work.
Qualia is now Great Place to Work-Certified. Great Place to Work’s data-driven certification system surveys employees based on their satisfaction with their company’s leadership, business practices, culture, and workplace environment. According to the survey results, 99% of Qualia employees felt welcomed when they joined the company; 98% feel cared for at work; and 97% believe management is ethical and honest in their business practices.
“We are honored to be recognized as a Great Place to Work,” said Qualia’s Director of People Operations, Vanessa Lyall. “As Qualia continues to grow, we consistently place employee experience at the center. We know that when our employees are happy, they are more inspired and motivated to deliver on our collective mission to transform real estate closings and drive the future of homeownership.”
According to the Great Place to Work survey, the people who make up Qualia are the most cited reason for what makes Qualia an excellent place to work. Qualia’s offices in San Francisco and Austin are growing rapidly. As teams across all functions continue to add new team members, fostering an inspired and inclusive environment remains a driving factor in the hiring process.
