Inman Connect is this week (July 17-20) bringing thousands of real estate professionals to San Francisco to meet, learn and discuss the latest happenings, trends and tech in the industry. At this year’s event, Qualia founder and CEO Nate Baker will be speaking on the panel “Helping Your Clients Through the Transaction.”
Nate will be joined by fellow panelist and loan expert Michael Treon, mortgage loan officer at PNC Bank and moderator Wendy Forsythe, a staple in the real estate industry and chief operating officer of HomeSmart International, to discuss the complexities of home closings and best practices throughout the process for real estate agents, lenders, and title companies.
Some of the most challenging complexities stem from trying to coordinate changing regulations and new processes across the many transaction parties. Historically, these parties have used a variety of outdated software programs that do not allow for collaboration, require redundant data entry, and create a confusing experience for clients. The panelists will cover how today’s technology can help overcome these hurdles and how real estate agents, lenders and title companies can collaborate on modern technology platforms to deliver an unmatched customer experience.
In addition to the panel, Qualia is also an Inman Innovator Award finalist for Most Innovative Real Estate Company. We’re proud to be included in such an incredible group of nominees including Opendoor, Compass, and Zillow, and we look forward to meeting everyone at the event.
“Helping Your Clients Through the Transaction” is at 10:45am PT in Grand Ballroom B at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square – we hope to see you there and be sure to join the conversation on Twitter by using the hashtag #ICSF!
