Since founding Qualia three years ago, Nate, Lucas, and Joel have worked tirelessly to build a product and team that is modernizing the real estate transaction. Now, approximately 5% of the national real estate market is transacted through Qualia. Title agents, realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers across the U.S. rely on Qualia’s award-winning software platform to manage all aspects of their real estate closings and communicate in real-time with everyone involved in the transaction.
Our team has already grown to over 70 employees across two offices in San Francisco, CA and Austin, TX, and we recently raised our $33M Series B investment round to help accelerate our growth. We are excited for the months and years ahead as we continue to build new products, expand our team, and work with an amazing community of users all focused on creating a fantastic real estate closing experience.
