We’re proud to announce that Qualia Co-Founders Nate Baker, Lucas Hansen, and Joel Gottsegen have been named in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list, recognizing them for their work transforming enterprise technology and modernizing the real estate closing process.
It’s been a big year for the Qualia team, as we have established ourselves as the industry leader in privacy and security, introduced revolutionary new products, and worked with our growing community of members to continue to expand our nationwide product. Nearly 10% of real estate transactions now flow through Qualia’s suite of products.
As 2018 comes to a close, our core mission stays the same: modernize the real estate transaction to make the entire closing process simpler and smoother for all parties involved. Thousands of title and escrow companies, lenders, realtors, vendors, and consumers across the country regularly use Qualia to streamline their transactions. We’re looking forward to continuing to work with all of our members and partners over the course of 2019 and beyond.
