Jamie Kump, Qualia’s Director of High Growth Accounts, has been named a 2021 Rising Star. In its eighth year, HousingWire’s Rising Stars list highlights 50 leaders under the age of 40 who are shaping and driving the mortgage, real estate and fintech industries forward.

Jamie joined Qualia as one of the first members of the customer success team in early 2017 and is now Qualia’s Director of High Growth Accounts. She quickly worked her way up through the organization, becoming an expert on Qualia’s products and also highly valued by her peers. By 2020, the real estate industry had reached a pivotal moment in history as interest rates reached historical lows, transactions hit record highs, and the need for innovation grew as strong as ever. Jamie’s wide breadth of experience in her customer success, account management, and business development roles put her in a unique position to drive meaningful change for her customers.
Most recently, Jamie led Qualia’s development of Qualia Scale, a program designed specifically to support high growth proptech companies such as realtor.com®, Redfin, and Orchard. This program enables new and existing PropTech companies to attach title & escrow to their core offerings so they can easily provide custom, on-brand, and modern closing experiences for their consumers.
In an uncertain and tumultuous year, Jamie and the High Growth Accounts team have continued to help companies overcome some of the biggest challenges facing real estate professionals and consumers during the home buying and selling process.
